Agreement and Listing Policy

This website complies with WebGem's Listing Policy
I have read and agree to WebGem's Listing Agreement and Privacy Policy

Websites that fail to comply with our Listing Policy will NOT be accepted. We do not accept the following websites:

Website with excessive popup or popunder ads,
Website with insufficient contents or under construction,
Website with pornography or sexually explicit adult themes,
Gambling related sites,
Website with racist, sexist, homophobic or other discriminatory content,
Website containing illegal material (including, but not limited to, material that contravenes copyright law - e.g. illegal mp3s, Warez, etc),
Software download site that contain spyware or adware, or
Slanderous/defamatory content.

When a submission is rejected, submission fee will be fully refunded. WebGem also reserves the right to refuse to list a website for any other reason, and to move a website to an appropriate category at any time.

Non-English website must provide English translation of the submission title and description.

Payment

We accept two kinds of paid submissions. Regular submission requires a one-time payment and once submitted website remains in our directory permanently. On the other hand, featured submission requires annual payment. For your convenience, we accept payment by using either PayPal or 2CheckOut.
